the pilbara
The only place that we stayed at in the Pilbara was Neil's home town Karratha, though we visited Dampier. The Pilbara is extremely hot and extremely red.

The display at the onshore shelf visitor centre. This is the part where they mention how much they care about the original occupants of the land, although they do forget to mention their name, what they do or why the sites they have built on have significance to the Aboriginals. In fact, they just seem to have thrown some rocks at a wall.
