The Information Superhighway

Kuraman Creative provides a number of internet services - in a number of roles.

While we work with many clients directly, often we work with other design firms as their 'web arm', to fill in gaps in their chain that may not be viable for them to fill in-house. Examples of both services are shown below.

South Coastal Women's Health Services

Dr Deidre Davies and Dr Judith Davis of the South Coastal Women's Health Services based in Rockingham received funding from LotteryWest to build a new website which had to be clean, easy to navigate and web standards compliant.

The site is powered by the Epiction Content Management System and regularly updated by the ladies at the clinic. Magical photography was taken by Helena Kristel of those involved at the clinic, and is featured on the website.

Within two days of its launch, the website was featured in four CSS web design galleries, ticking its box for web standards compliance (see CSS Drive, CSS Impress, CSS Mania and CSS Based to vote on the designs and leave your comments.)

Affordable Garage Doors

Epiction required a new design for the Affordable Garage Doors website, to feature the well-known B&D Doors products. Again, run by the Epiction Content Management System and hosted at Epiction, the designs Kuraman provided were accepted without revision. The CMS features a custom catalogue, displaying each of AGD's products on demand.

The Ark Fund

The Ark Fund is the property arm of existing Kuraman Creative client, The Rewards Group. The Ark Fund listed on the ASX this year, and as such had to adhere to all corporate obligations of providing shareholder information on the web. Current share price information and ASX announcements are managed by the Epiction Content Management System and a data feed from Weblink. It also features a snazzy little Flash banner to maintain interest.

Park Auto Centre

Park Auto Centre in Victoria Park contracted Kuraman Creative to produce a website with a car catalogue that could take online bids. It also needed to connect to the Carsguide.com.au database to reduce doubling up of data entry. Once the designs were signed off who did we turn to but the Epiction Content Management System and the expert skills of their developers in linking the ECMS to the CarsGuide database.

Water Information Management System

Another Planet Creative collaboration, we were asked to take their design and create a website 'shell' for their client, Parsons Brinkerhoff.
